[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services for times and days will vary between 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturdays, depending on the time and semester, will vary from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A schedule will be set for each semester (September-December, January-April and May-August). The average number of hours worked per week will be 40 hours. If classes are not in session, a security guard will not be needed at the Center to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 18, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.
