[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset management solution and service that will facilitate storage, organization, administration, distribution, access, and archiving for collections of digital media files in various file formats including photos and other images (logos, wordmarks, service marks, etc.), audio files, and multimedia video files that are used throughout the county.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
