Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service for assessment and counseling services, must have a process for follow‐up counseling of post chemical dependency, must provide the hours and days of telephone service inclusive of an explanation of times when answering machine or answering service is utilized, must have a system in place to track individual usage of the plan while not compromising confidentiality, have a process to evaluate consumer satisfaction to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI.
- Provide a toll-free telephone number available for usage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for employees to call‐in, crisis management or emergency services, initial and ongoing communication to employees, employee meetings, training of supervisory staff, utilization reports and conflict management.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
