[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide management services for day-to-day operation of the system in an efficient and effective manner like general operations, personnel hiring, safety and training, assist with union contract negotiations, develops manpower requirement for all operations personnel, handles union contract disagreements and grievances, monthly safety meetings, etc.to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
