(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor and consulting services for deferred compensation plans, conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of investment policies, market trends, objectives, asset allocation and portfolio structure, analyse investments and make recommendations for investment menus, on-going monitoring and oversight of investments to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, and investment policies to the government authority located in Howell, MI.
