[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper, microfilm and microfiche to digital document conversion and scanning service using minimum scanning resolution at 300 dpi in pdf file format.
(2) An approximate work volume is 10,066 large format documents (containing 20 pages each), 16mm 1025 rolls (containing 2,812 pages per roll) and 15,072 jackets (containing 40 pages per jacket).
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2018.
(4) A pre-proposal meeting will be held will be held on April 17, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
