(1) Vendor needs to provide legal and medical transcription services for audio and/or video tapes or digital recording of the hearing or a fatal re-examination on an as needed basis, various psychiatric exams and summaries including admission psychiatric assessments, annual psychiatric assessments, and mental status exams, discharge, release, transfer and final summaries.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
