(1) Vendor needs to provide tuition and fee payment plan application of a cloud-based software application to provide our credit students a tuition and fees payment plan solution, an on-line, easy to use flexible payment plan application that integrates real-time with colleague, an easy to understand enrolment process for students and the ability to display current payments due and remaining balances, be easy for the college staff to install and maintain without placing a demand on college resources, a central payment gateway capable of processing campus wide payments include electronic checks and credit cards, ability to store electronic check and credit card information for automatic payments.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than March 19, 2018.
