[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voice communication services.
(2) An approximate outbound toll call volume is 12,000 (35,000 minutes), outbound LD call volume is 1,000 (2,500 minutes) and Inbound toll-free call volume is 86,000 (192,000) per month.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aril 11, 2018.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 10, 2018.
(5) A contract term will be for three years.
