[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for claims adjusting services for general liability, property, casualty and auto claims including make recommendations regarding the claims processes and procedures, review claim recommendations with staff, cooperate completely with the risk management consultant, analyze claim trends quarterly and present a written report, conduct an investigation of each qualified claim, take photographs and prepare a video record, maintain a file for each claim, coordinate claims handling activities with financial and administrative services, develop and maintain adequate claim reserves and provide continuous review of same to reflect changes, issue payments on all approved claims, investigate and pursue subrogation possibilities on behalf of automobile liability claims, assistant in processing damage claims against other parties, maintain a complete claim file for each claim that shall be available for review, conduct documented file reviews on a quarterly basis, providing periodic reports identifying trends and major developments, provide telephone or email responses.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
