(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to conduct a program of coordinated, collaborative services with a focus on responsible use of limited resources, services are to be delivered to seniors aged 60 years and older residing throughout Genesee county’s 639 square miles of land area, utilize uniform procedures and maintain consistent and confidential records, maintain electronic data recordkeeping system that permit evaluation and reporting on its operational and programmatic performance, provision of legal advice and representation by an attorney including include intake, advice and counsel, referral, representation, legal research, preparation of legal documents, negotiation and legal education to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2018.
