Vendor needs to provide health impact assessment services including qualitative and quantitative methods to elicit community preferences in monitoring environmental exposures, health outcomes,and potential remediation measures, establish systems, procedures, and protocols as appropriate to assess the current baseline health of residents living within 1500 feet, complete baseline survey of scientifically appropriate number of affected residents, coordinate collection efforts with indoor air monitoring being conducted by a partner organization, develop data, analysis, and reporting protocols on findings from baseline assessment, implement the mechanisms to gather appropriate data and develop protocols for detailed analysis and regular reporting as needed throughout the initiative to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
