(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based competency management system for content available to identify and edit competencies linked to jobs, job group and organization-wide standards, ability to build job descriptions with an upload or edit capability in order to update or develop competency-based job descriptions, ability to allow for formatting, design and content accessible from external application sources or from the system directly and ability to integrate competency for job descriptions, interview or selection questionnaires, performance management and review processes, and training and development needs assessment tools.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
