(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce information management and data exchange system for allow for fully automated, real-time tracking and analysis of data on participants by program or grant, reduce manual data entry and duplication of effort, enable data-based decisions to improve the assessment of participants which will lead to better referral to services, trainings, and job placement, identify and monitor progress and participant outcomes, maximize use of public and private dollars with blending and braiding techniques to better serve participants, improve program or grant workflow and reporting and leverage technology to match jobseekers with opportunities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 21, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office locatio.
