[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based video management and storage solution for ability to redact, edit video and audio in the cloud, the secure, third-party distribution of video-audio with audit trail, ability to search and track video-audio, ability for third parties to upload video-audio securely with the relevant metadata, ability to manage internal and external users including adding, deleting, suspending, ability to protect audit logs from unauthorized access, allows agencies to upload videos in any common, secure, non-proprietary or universal format for video files and allows audio files to be uploaded, redacted, managed and tracked like video files.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office locatio.
