[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system for support the functionality such as chart of accounts structure, ledger development and maintenance, financial consolidation and reporting, journal entry, journal voucher ledger transactions, project cost ledger, ledger controls, multicurrency accounting and conversions, online inquiry reporting, financial statement reporting, financial report writer, variance analysis and additional financial reporting, tracks payments due to a company from its customers, manages tracking of assets, depreciation and other costs associated with tangible and intangible assets, tracking of budgets and costs associated with capital improvement projects, capability of the system to record cash charges or deposits and recording of cash payments and receipts and tracking of personnel profiles, organizational structure, reward management, job position and wage profiles, and business travel and vacation allotments.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 2, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office locatio.
