(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring and reporting services for monitoring of the groundwater, surface water and leachate, statistical evaluation of analytical data, coordination of monitoring well maintenance or replacement and additional future monitoring and reporting requirements to the government authority located in Muskegon, MI.
