(1) Vendor needs to provide planning and buying media strategist services for developing a plan for media advertisement, developed new marketing elements, a website and has been increasingly active on social media, media marketing to promote the new brand, develop engaging and memorable media campaigns that positively impact return on investment, raise brand awareness and drive market expansion via innovative marketing, media, and media buying branding initiatives and developing media strategies and plans designed to build brands, shape public perceptions and drive engagement via action-oriented creative executions.
