[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a real time social media platform and ability to predict, analyze, and capture public social data.
(2) The platform is expected to perform the following functions.
- Monitor social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook and Twitter
- Provide a keyword search function that searches across multiple social media channels in multiple languages
- Allow for monitoring multiple mention streams at once
- Present findings in an easy-to-understand reporting format
- Provide user-specific information and/or geographic information for open source social media posts where available.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 16, 2018.
(4) A contract period will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site.
