[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tee time reservations system that must be compatible with smartphone and multiple devices, 24-hour call center for tech support and tee-time assistance for potential customers, point-of-sale system, website hosting at no charge, search engine optimization, social media monitoring to increase usage at golf courses.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
