(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communications services to support neighbourhood retail development programs including media, event management, digital, advertising, collateral, video, photography, research, grassroots, branding, storytelling, thought leadership, executive presence, community engagement, develop media materials where needed and place stories with local, trade, national print, radio, TV, digital, bloggers, develop collateral templates, assist with communications opportunities and problem solving on an as needed basis.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
