[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and implement electronic billing solution to aid the processing of outside legal counsel invoices including a fair process at every step of the procurement process, to fulfil the purchase request in a timely manner and ensure that taxpayers dollars are spent wisely.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
