(1) Vendor needs to provide capital improvement bond administrative services for a bonding agency/consultant and bond legal counsel to prepare all necessary materials for issuance of the bonds and to completely administer and fully advice regarding all aspects of this bonding process from both a legal and financial/bonding consultant perspective to the government authority located in Clarkston, MI.
