Government Authority located Ann Arbor, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for hosted voice over IP service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted voice over IP service to able to use their existing phone extension scheme, all add, moves and changes to system configuration, technical support services for configuration of handsets and system settings, five-digit dialing between rooms and facilities, call forwarding, both inside and outside of the system, call routing system, call transfer and redial, caller id, both the caller and receiver, enhanced 911, long distance service, centralized call detail reporting system to report calls being made and where the call originated to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
(2) All question had been submitted December 20, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
