[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide adoptive and foster parent recruitment and retention service to meet annual non-relative licensing goals, to retain a higher percentage of existing foster families, to appropriately prepare families for the challenges associated with fostering and to develop existing foster family skills to enable them to foster children with more challenging behaviors to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
