(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for office buildings, parks to maintain the integrity of facilities for use by taxpayers, employees, and visitors including floor, and division including containers in rest rooms, cafeteria and break rooms, jury rooms, hallways, entrance areas, facility premises, parks, and common areas, vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping to the government authority located in Traverse City, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 18, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2017.
(4) A contract term should be for three years.
