[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party facilitator to customer outreach program services for wholesale water and wastewater services to engages wholesale water and wastewater customers and associated stakeholders, including elected officials, regulatory, local university, non-profit, and current and potential suppliers, Sustained support and leadership from GLWA and its wholesale customers, Design and implementation of processes and systems that have energized and maintained customer participation, Implementing third-party neutral facilitators who built trusted relationships throughout GLWA and its customer communities, Forming joint problem-solving teams.
(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 16, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 17, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
