[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transcript data capture system for student information system and assigning course equivalencies and transfer articulation of coursework from paper and electronic transcripts by applying optical character recognition technology to read academic transcript data and transmit a copy of the document to image and to the appropriate forms in colleague for articulation to the student record.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
