Vendor needs to provide branding services to marketing and promotional efforts is to create a striking and comprehensive campaign, vision and strategic marketing plan, develop a brand including centerpiece of all publications, radio and television spots, and other public relations pieces. Included in this portion of the proposal shall be a positioning concept, district definition, logo, and slogan, Brand guidelines for internal and external use, templates for print and online promotional materials, Designs for banners, poster, and directional signage, regular and ongoing design consultation.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
