[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software solution for comprehensive annual financial report to implement its software that requires hosting on a server, to enter into a software licensing agreement and contract with the prime contractor to financial statements and other sections for the CAFR so information used in multiple places only needs, to generate reports based on mapping and/or groupings of accounts, able to handle various account number structures, auto-calculate, link, foot and cross foot financial statements, ability to create, update, post and track journal entries, ability to handle data rounding to ensure balanced statements, the implementation, set up, training and support the proposed software solution.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2017.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
