[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 call center services for those individuals who are unable to have the automated system navigate them to the county information they are calling for.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 2,800 calls per year.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
