[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contest management software to a customized entry form, which should be integrated with our existing website and Facebook page, backend solution to organize and manage contest entries, customized public voting portal, contact storage and management, create customized forms and applications, store and manage data from forms, customized thank you screen and email for submissions, social media integration, task manager, project management capabilities and team collaboration tools, analytics reporter.
(2) Contract period will be for four years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
