[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for retirement systems to as needed in relation to retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, to make well-informed and well-educated decisions concerning its retirement systems and their administration, draft recommended administrative policies for the consideration of the pension systems to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 13, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
