(1) Vendor needs to provide energy audit consulting services to assist in identifying and developing energy investment initiatives, verification of the consumption and commodity analysis information, making modifications if necessary to establish a status quo baseline, short and long-term commodity acquisition and energy investment strategy plans with clear analysis, recommendations and implementation plans, these plans will recommend energy investment strategies for the accomplishment of the energy deficiencies and needs, potential energy conservation and cost savings to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
