[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video captioning and transcription services on an as needed basis. including transcription of audio files, transcription of video files, captioning of video files transcript provided by university, transcription and captioning, caption encoding, difficulty surcharge, urgent request surcharges.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2017.
(3) A contract term should be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
