[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center staffing services for receiving inbound calls from residents, dispatching all calls by telephone and email to the appropriate personnel or area for resolution regarding issues such as potholes, customer service for all divisions for provide call center representatives and supervisors for the morning shift for 8:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m. and the afternoon shift for 4:00 p.m.to 12:00 midnight.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
