[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to adequacy of internal control procedures that help insure compliance with the contractual terms , ability to produce, complete, and maintain adequate records and reports related to the contractual obligations, monitoring processes are in place to ensure internal control procedures are effective, to check for defects in billings, reporting requirement , review of internal control procedures to ensure effectiveness to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
