(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical health care services for receiving screening, health assessment, scheduled sick call, ambulance services, emergency room visits, hospital admissions, off-site consultations, radiology, pathology services, dialysis, physical therapy, emergency dental or obstetrics to the government authority located in Muskegon, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 1, 2017.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for two years.
