(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services for completely vacuum carpets and any rugs, spot clean carpet and hard surface floors, sweep and wet mop all hard surface floors, polish and buff all hard surface floors, clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops and other services for city hall to the government authority located in Wixom, MI.

(3) A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held on July 19, 2017.
