[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach and marketing plan development service to frame, develop and execute a successful outreach and sustainable implementation plan for future campaigns regarding public utility (i.e. drinking water, wastewater and storm water) related infrastructure and investments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2017.
(3) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 18, 2017.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor needs to visit client location for number of face to face meetings in the planning stages.
