(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services including floors, corridors, lobby, entrance, restrooms, staff offices, meeting rooms, desks, furniture, tables, cabinets, exterior window and stairwells to the government authority located in Hastings, MI.
(2) A site visit will be held on July 6, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted by July 6, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
