Government Authority located Michigan; USA looking for expert vendor for bond counsel legal services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel legal services relating to the planning and development of any proposed bond issues and the tax implications of the use of the proceeds of bonds, including the tax implications of the use of projects being financed by the issuance of bonds to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
