Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising services for develop a marketing strategy, identify and develop creative concepts, conduct marketing research such as focus group testing, telephone or intercept surveys, produce and duplicate media materials, develop a media plan for the program enrollment period, place media messages and conduct advertising tracking surveys during enrollment period, provide results and recaps after each media campaign and work with stations if any make-goods are necessary and provide public relations services and counsel when required.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
